PayPal charged me twice

So I had an amazon purchase that I they took my PayPal balance for and took from my primary account. I didnt have enough in my primary so it took it out of my secondary. Couple days later they took the balance out of my primary. I've reached out to merchant he has no record of 2 payments. What do I do? I want my money back for the second payment and I cant find anywhere to get it back. Please help me! Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear of the situation. 

I recommend checking the transaction details page to verify how the transaction was funded. Just click on the transaction in question to pull up the transaction details page. This will show you how the item was paid for. If you feel you were charged twice for this payment, you can report this to us as a billing issue.
