My account limited due ti fake ID upload 12 months ago.

I just send this message to PayPal team, waiting for response. 

 Have anyone from community had this issue? Potentially it could be huge security question to paypal. 

Hello. PayPal team.
Just spoke on the phone with a costumer representative and need to clarify few things.
Our account was limited and explanation we received is: "Fake ID Uploaded in Feb 2016".
There are 2 owners to our electronic store, both owners have clean background and never owned a fake ID (both over 21, no reason to have one). Our business proudly have 5 stars reviews because of high standards.
2 Questions i have:
If there was a fake ID uploaded to our account, how could we possibly take receive and send payment by PayPal over the year? Is there more accounts using fake ID's and use paypal?
We don't have the access to the fake ID that was uploaded to PayPal, could you please provide it to us.

If 2 people uploaded 2 different ID's for an account in one name, then one of the ID's if FAKE for that account.

The OP didn't specifie which ID was used for the account.

My thinking from the start is that 2 different ID's were used for the one account, therefore, one would not be the ID for the account holder so it would be considered fraudulent for the acocunt holder.

thats a good point,if two share one paypal account,and now Paypal has 2 IDs of one paypal member,that does not go well.
