On September 5, 2017 I ordered some items on ebay. I never recieved the items. I contacted the seller and they said they would file a claim. I waited for a response and now the claim is closed. I kept following up with the seller but they just told me they were still waiting to find out with the postal service. How can I get what I paid for or my money back?
