I just received an e-mail from what looks to be from PayPal that says that I paid $150.00 to the California Police Athletic Federation, and We marked this payment as a fraud. It also says that If I did not make this payment I can request a refund in 24 hours. This is not real, is it?I have not donated to this place, and I have never received an e-mail from PP like this. Any advice??
