Hello, a buyer that filed a dispute from me wants to cancel it because both of us have resolved the problem, but he doesn't know how. can someone please help me so I can copy paste your reply and send it to him? because idk if paypal will just take the money back from me, i'm fairly new to this company.
Sorry but i never tell a buyer to close a dispute until they have a cleared part or full refund from the seller which would close the dispute automatically OR their item.
