My son sold his phone but now the buyer wants a refund because he says there are scratches etc. As far as I’m concerned the phone was fine, anyway we can sell it on again. How do I do the refund? Surely I have to wait to get the item back. My paypal balance is a minus and if I was to put the money back into paypal to bring the account back to zero would he get the refund before I’ve got the item? Hope that makes sense, I’m so confused.
