I'm so sorry to hear about the unauthorized activity on your account. If you have not yet done so, please open a report in the Resolution Center so we can investigate the transaction and assist you with re-securing your account. The system will prompt you to change your password. Please make sure to select a strong password that is unique and hasn't been used on any other accounts.
To get to the Resolution Center, click Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page and then click Resolution Center.
