Hey, so I got this guy that bought virtuell skins from me for big amounts, im talking 25-400 euros per time, it usually works like he sends me the money I get him a skin worth the money he gave me and we move on, we’ve done deals like this for about 2 months and the total amount of deals we have made are around 2k usd, so I go on so check my balance one day and I have a negative 2k counting all my accounts and he has made a chargeback, I contact paypal the day after explaining everything and I sent in from one of my accounts transactions from giving him the item etc (proof), they thanked me for the evidence, 2-3 hours later I check my paypal accounts and all negative balance is gone I call them up from one of my accounts and they say you had evidence and he didnt and this has been done to many other users not only you, so all my accounts negative balance was gone now, I feel relieved, so it was all good now, but my question is, am I safe now from everything this guy tries to do? Like can he make another chargeback? Or am I completely cleared and can just breath again and dont need to worry at all?

chargeback is from credit card issuer, dispute is with Paypal.
if he has open a dispute and now lost,he can turn to his cc issuer if he has used a credit card.
then you have to m ake sure Paypal eats the loss if you lose ,there is also a $20 chargeback fee if you lose.

It was a chargeback as he put it down as ''ununauthorized'' but paypal told me that I got evidence and that he doesnt and he has done this many times before to different users, so they removed the chargebacks from my account. Now, I am wondering can he make another chargeback at me or can he take any action towards me now that can make him win or can I stop worrying?

if he files a chargeback with his credit card issuer,it is the credit card issuer which decides who win,Paypal owns the merchanta ccount to accept credit card,so the chargeback is against Paypal.
Paypal will be notifed first and then PAYPAL notifed you,Paypal will present your defense and your buyer present his,cc issuer clerk reviews and decides.
if you lose, you pay $20 fee, lose the payment and the item,
once the case is closed,it cannot be open.
There is appeal which will be rather expensive as the loser will have to g o to MC or Visa to appeal.
You cannot appeal as you dont own the merchant account,Paypal does

Thanks for the help, I saw the chargeback was from paypal so he can open another one from credit card issuer I assume, but my question is, what is the chances he does it when he knows his scam failed? And do I have less chance of winning the chargeback?
