Cannot "accept and reply" on dispute.

None of these buttons on the 'new paypal beta' don't work. I've been hitting accept and reply, and decline and reply and they don't do anything. I've done so on multiple computers and phones with no luck. Meanwhile  the links below it to resolve or escalate work perfectly fine.

I had an adblocker on and I simply just disabled it for PayPal and it let me accept the offer.
