I have a transaction past 90 days for which I still have not received the item nor a delivery number. I did send an email through their website inquiring on the status and still received nothing. I tried using the resolution center to contact the seller again, but an error prevents me from processing my request.
How would I be able to escalate the issue? At this point, I have to request the refund since it's past the estimated delivery date.

You have two options - if you paid with a credit card, it's possible your card issuer can assist else, you need to open a dispute - if encounter an issue again in the Resolution Center, you can try deleteing your web browser's history, temp files, cache and cookies, then close the browser, reopen and retry. Or you can try a different web browser. If that fails, then you may want to contact customer support for assistance. You can do that by clicking on the Help link, on the next page, click on Contact Customer Support, from there, you can call or email.
