I sent a guy $360 for an item i ended up not reciveing. So i file my claim and the seller did not repsond in 10 days so i won. When i payed for the item I sent him the $360 to his paypal account, $73 of it came from my paypal balance and the other $287 came from my bank account, through paypal and totaled $360 into his paypal. My email from paypal after i won said : "We were able to recover $360.00 USD and this amount has been credited to you. Please allow five buisness days for this adjustment to be posted."
But yet i only got back $73. Is there anyway i can get my $287 back?
