The Reason i Avoid Paypal 99% of time is cos of this reason. If someone wants a free item, he can use his paypal acc from fake IP/PC and claims as it was Unauthorized Payment and gets the money back and gets the item for free.
Why Paypal? why you supporting these scamers? Even if it was a real Unauthorized payment, Its Account Holders Responsibility to keep their Accounts Safe. For their Irresponsibility why you punishing the Opposite person.
Its a Big hole in Paypal for Scammers to get in and take w/e they want. Change your protection policy before its too late. Suddenly someone might establish a paypal like online payment method with fair Protection policy, that time we will instantly hop to their service. you will loose all your customers.
