HELP. My money is gone.. can't receive or send money

Hello i need help. A customer sent money but I didnt recieve it. Then I sent money to Someone and he stilli hasn't got it yet. Please help me.. why can't I get money or send money ??? Customer sent 30$ to me. Did not get it. I sent a customer 22$ and he hasn't gotten it. But the 22$ is gone from my balance. What is going on!!!?

Seems to be a paypal technical ongoing glitch at the moment, see the other threads on the board with the same thing.
