When I walked in the PayPal account, I found that my account is in red $ 80 and is open Unauthorized Payment by some person for the day when I did not have any transaction.
How is it possible to happen this kind of nonsense and that my account is overdrawn even when there are no transactions for the day which is open Unauthorized Payment.
How long does it take to solve this paypal and that person will be punished the one who opened this though and I can see his email and name?

I have no idea as you haven't provided sufficient details about any of your transactions. You'll need to phone PayPal customer service to sort it out.

Small text on image needs to be larger, or just re-type
Who initiated the dispute?
Did you buy something?
Did you sell something?
To rephrase, did you sell anythign with the last year; unauthorized disputes can go that far back.

22 March i sent a payment from my paypal balance to my credit card.
I did not buy or sell. I do not do it. I change image to larger.
And i can see that this is some person not organisation.
I can put information about that person (email, and name), but I'm not sure if this is allowed here.

when a buyer files a dispute,he has to go into his activity history, find the transaction and click on dispute this item.
if this is not yours, how did it end up in your account?
You have to call Paypal AND HAVE THEM take a look.
