Hello,
I can have a very nice deal to buy a iPhone 6s from this seller in the Netherlands (where i also live).
But because the price i have to pay is very low i don't trust it all the way ...
I contacted the seller and he made sure it's the real deal, he also sent me some pictures from it with the invoice.
When i asked him if i can pay with paypal it is not a problem.
Now my question are;
Am i alway protected as a buyer if it turns out it is a fake iPhone, or empty box, a iPhone that is defect, another model as subsribed, or i did not receive anything at all ?
I will be sure before i do the purchase
Thanks for you help in advantace !

I would tend to go with your instincts, if something is a real bargain you need to question why the seller is happy to sell for that price.
You do have buyer protection for item received but not as described BUT that protection is never 100% so you need to go read up on buyer protection, see how much coverage you get and risk assess the transaction yourself.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
