Selling an account through Paypal

I'm selling an online account for a game that I do not play anymore. I was just wondering what would be the safest way to sell the account without getting scammed. I've read horror stories about sellers getting disputed/chargebacks after selling the account so what steps must I take to prevent this from happening?

Don't use paypal as you will have no seller protection for virtual / digital items.
