I am a new seller and thought I understood the PayPal fees but in reviewing the last 30 day sales I see that I was charged more for a $301 sale than a $320 sale. Can someone explain this to me? Thanks.

You would need to contact the seller with your concerns. Sales Tax is configured in your Account Profile, PayPal has nothing to do with how much you are charged. What ever the seller configures in their account profile sales tax tables is what is charged to you.
