Question about seller protection

Sorry for my bad English, I'm from Italy. I have a doubt about the seller protection. I'm about to sell a Nintendo 3DS and the buyer want to pay me with paypal. The buyer found the announce on facebook, so it's not an ''official'' payment, like the ebay ones. My doubt is: I send the Nintendo via a provable shipping, but what if the buyer declares to have received a brick (for example), and opens a dispute? Paypal will refund him using my money? How can I demonstrate that I have actually shipped the Nintendo and not a brick?

First, create an invoice with PayPal and include ALL details and pictures about the item being shipped.  You need to include details such as when the item was purchased and the condition of the item, including ALL potential defects.  Make sure you include a separate cost for shipping.  Send the invoice to the potential buyer.  The buyer pays the invoice from a link on the email.

After confirmed payment  you ship the with paid tracking so you know exactly how it arrives.

For extra protection, take pictures of the item as it is packaged.

NOTE:

Selling and shipping electronics internationally is very high risk, so don't overlook ANY details about the item.
