Purchased a digital game account

Hello

 

I recently purchased a gaming account from a website since payday came, it states on there website it should take up to two hours to receive my account however it has now been 24 hours. I decided to check up on the website and apparently there is a lot of negative feedback about the website as well as dealing with stolen accounts. They are still in the process of processing the account, is it still possible to put in a dispute or is it to early?

 

Secondaly I've tried contacting the company but have received no responce, I even contacted there payment facilitator who stated they have contacted the company and told them to either give a refund or produce the goods. However do i want possible stolen goods which with game accounts could come to be taken back if there original owners complain.

 

Is it possible to get paypal to get the refund if the company is ignoring me?

All you can do is start a dispute with PayPal and provide all of the relevant details.

You could also check Paypal's requirement for buyer protection to mke sure you qualify.
