Phony emails

hey everybody my name Ann and I've been using PayPal off and on for a whilenow I just recently got two emails requesting that I login to my PayPal account and the email says it's from PayPal but it has a ? in place of the Pet in Paypal. it says that my account has had unusual activity and I need to login to rectify the information. Has anyone ever received an email like this and this Paypal or does it sound like a scam? I contacted PayPal customer service and had heard nothing from them yet so I'm asking the community . thank you for all your help everybody!

Sounds like spoof emails trying to hijack your log in information.

Whatever you do DO NOT click on any links in that email, log into your account normally and if there is a problem which i doubt it would tell you there.

I did click on the link originally but didn't supply any information but thank you so much for clarifying this for me!
