Paid for game account, he took it back

I paid for an account from one game. After 2 weeks playing, the seller restored the account and took it back.

The payment was send as "good or service", can i somehow refund my money back?

All you can do is file a dispute and see if you can recover your funds.

Failing that if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they can help you.
