Long story short, i received a donation from some guy at Jan 7, 2016
I didn't want that money, so i have sent them back to him the same day after i received them
but he chargbacked me for those money which i already sent to him the same day!
I am a beginner of streaming on site twitch.tv and he claimed in message that i can take that donate if
i add him to my friendlist on steam. I refused and sent those money back. But he chargeback me.
It's literally weird, because he sent me money, i sent those money back and he immediatelly chargeback me
for the money he sent me. After couple of weeks i received a statement, that i need to pay him those money plus
some fee. Nobody responding me from paypal support so that's why i tried it here. Here comes my questions:
1) Is there any option for the buyer to cancel the refund action?
2) How to protect those "scammy donations" for future?
3) Can i defend somehow about the chargeback case after it's closed?
