THE Button on "accept or deny partial payment"  will not work at all:  I also see a yeild sign with an explaination mark on the high left part of the page.  Like a warning:

When I check off the  " accept or deny button" and press continue,  It simply loops to this message:

Sorry — your last action could not be completed

If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

PLEASE HELP ME AS I ONLY HAVE 7 DAYS TO ACCEPT THE  PARTIAL CLAIM....

I run a small business and use PayPal for some of my transactions especially with eBay but I've just found out that one card payment I accepted for £1500 will take 4 weeks to clear and £200 that was refunded to me from a seller on eBay now pending without available date. It is very unfair to have money restricted when run a small business. It is now affecting my cash flow.

It it seems that all of these restrictions are put in place to make money on interest on our money.

It's come to a point where I'm now looking in to other ways of payment.

Very poor service.

The amount of time for refunds depends on how you paid.  For credit cards, refunds should appear on your next credit card statement cycle.

Sometimes delays may occur for security, anti-crime reasons.  It is what it is to operate in the internet age.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
