Hello!
Ive just created a paypal claim since the seller has not posted my goods and hes not even responding to me.
It says
Supporting documents
Files (0)
But it gives me no option to actually upload the files.

Once its a claim you can only add any further info if paypal asks you for it.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
