I recently sold merchandise on Ebay and offered the seller free postage. I paid for the postage out of my own pocket when it was shipped. When paypal remitted the money to me they deducted for postage again. This made two postage payments. I am attempting to have the money refunded that Paypal deducted as it was almost $67.00. Have spoken to reps and a supposed Superviser at Paypal and am told that they will check it out and get back with me. have not heard a thing from them and believe that I am being played off. Any suggestions what I should do?
