being reviewed by paypal???

I ordered some products from a group on facebook and the seller did not provide any proof of shipment and I did not recieve any further facebook communication from her. 10 days after I paid I opened a dispute. The seller responded almost immediately and said a refund would be issued. When I click on 'view case history' there is no mention of the refund being sent, however when i click on 'view dispute comment' there is a comment from paypal that states 'a refund was issued.' This all transpired on the 18th of july and the credit has not yet appeared on my credit card statement (I know if can take up to 10 days to appear in my account), but when I check in the resolution center the status says 'being reviewed by paypal.'

My question is, do I need to upload any supporting documents that prove the seller has not sent the item and stopped communicating with me for the refund to be issued?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but it is my first time filing a dispute with a seller.

Thank you 🙂

What are the details of your PayPal transaction?  That will tell you whether a refund was issued or not.

It'a under 'pending' but it also says 'there is an open dispute associated with this transaction'. But at the same time, under resolution center it says 'there are unresolved problems'

If you can't figure it out, it's best to  contact PayPal customer service before it is too late.
