I REQUEST TO YOU PLEASE REVIEW MY ACCOUNT AGAIN DUE TO MY ACCOUNT LIMITATATION MY ACCOUNT IS LIMITED DUE ONE DISPUTE IS OPEN FROM MY BUYER AND THE BUYER IS TRYING TO FRAUD WITH ME AFTER MY SO MUCH EFFORTS AND PROVED THROUGH MY DOCUMENTATIONS AND EVIDENCE IN THAT CASE IS GOING IN MY FAVOR NOW MY ACCOUNT IS STILL LIMITED I TALK WITH YOUR LIMITATIONS DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR HIS NAME IS NICK AND HIS ID NO: 42129 HE TOLD PLEASE WRITE AN APPLICATION AND SEND US THROUGH POSTAL SERVICE THEN OUR COMPANY WILL REVIEW YOUR ACCOUNT I AM A GOOD USER ON PAYPAL AND I JUST STUCK WITH ONE CASE FROM BUYER COMPLAIN  I SELL GOODS ONE MY NEW CUSTOMER AND HE TRYING TO FRAUD WITH ME YOU JUST CHECK MY PREVIOUS TRANSACTION IN PAYPAL I DO SO MANY PAYMENTS TRANSACTION THROUGH PAYPAL BECAUSE MY BUSINESS IS TOTAL DEPENDS ON PAYPAL I AM GOOD BUYER ON DIFFERENTS WEBSITE YOU CAN CHECK ON EBAY AND SWAPPA SO MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU PLEASE RESTORE MY ACCOUNT AND REMOVE THE LIMITATION FOR THIS TIME AND I HOPE I NEVER GIVE YOU CHANCE AGAIN FOR ANY COMPLAINS
