Still no answer from paypal,

Hello,

Is this normal i have sent 2 days ago ticket to paypal using contact us tab - "email us"

And still no answer? What should i do now?

Also when i escalate dispute to a paypal claim the seller has been asked to respond within 10 days if no answer why doesn't paypal auto refund my money? Why isnt it done automatic?

And sorry for bad english, English is not my mother language.

If 10 days have past with no seller response, PayPal will need time to review your case before refunding.

Yes but the seller haven't reply to any message i have sent him and i already reported him for selling stuff not as described,

And thank you for telling me that...i didn't know that they need time to review the case.

Ok what happend now is paypal refunded me my money...but now they limited my account LOL! I cant send money anymore..gg
