Limited Account Access - This limitation cannot be appealed

I would like to preface this question by saying that I don't use PayPal very often. In the past 3 or so years that I've had my account, I've used it 5 times for transactions that were all less than $30 USD. I haven't even touched the account since nearly 2 years ago.

 

I only recently realized that my account access was limited, saying This limitation cannot be appealed, since September 2014. They don't even provide a proper reason, just saying a generic message:

  • We noticed one or more of the following problems:

    • You provided information that we believe was false, inaccurate, or misleading; or
    • You sent or received money that was potentially related to fraudulent activity; or
    • You have more than one account with a negative balance; or
    • You are in violation of the User Agreement, the Commercial Entity Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or another agreement you have with PayPal.

There wasn't even any warning about the closure.

 

Considering the fact that I'm a student and many payments in university between students and clubs and such are handled with PayPal, this means that I can't do anything when it comes to money. (I swear to God, if the reason ends up being "having multiple account at the same address", I'm going to go insane - how the heck are students supposed to get a different address from everybody else in the dorm?) I would open a new account, but that violates PayPal's ToS regarding multiple accounts, and I don't have a business to speak of to open a business account. 

 

PayPal, your customer support system is almost on par with Comcast's - a complete ineptitude and unwillingness to do anything to even help your customers - if you can even call us that. Emails don't get responses. Calls lead me nowhere and with incompetent people who refuse to answer my questions. I don't have Twitter or Facebook, and I'm not gonna make one just to have to put up with this.

At this point I'm closer to graduating and getting a CS job with PayPal just so I can unfreeze the account myself.
