Hello i bought a dvd box set from ebay & the seller said they posted it by 1st class on 21/12/15 the seller is also ignoring my messages & told me i need to contact my local post office? I paid using paypal as a guest as my phone was being silly so i couldnt log into my paypal account so i dont know how to open a dispute as my item doesnt come up can some one advise me what to do please thanks

You can still open a dispute as a guest buyer BUT you have to call customer services and they open a claim for you.

 

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".




Advice is voluntary.
