I can't open a dispute! The ID is NOT recognized by PayPal.

Purchased an item online via PayPal - not ebay - long story short the item never arrived. I want to dispute but PayPal is not recognizing the ID of the purchase. How can I open a dispute if this is happening?? Thanks!

Contact paypal directly and ask them to open a dispute for you

You have 45 days from the purchase date to do this
