How long should I wait for shipping information before filing a claim?

I ordered an item from a store based in Ontario Canada. I ordered the item on Saturday and today is Wednesday. They have not sent me any shipping confirmation as of yet. How long should I wait before filing a claim?

First thing is to check out the online store and review their timeframe for shipping and delivery iinformation.

Next, call the coompany and ask about the status of your shipment.

At this point, it's not a PayPal issue.
