Received a notice that payment of $107.?? is going to a site I have never heard of.  I have no idea what this is.

Anyone heard of it??  Paypal will not allow me to put in addy.

You need to find out if the email is actually valid as there are some quite clever phishing schemes out there.  Suggest forwarding the email to the "spoof" address on this page:

https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/security/suspicious-activity

Also check your Account Transaction History, do you actually have a record of this transaction there?
