Eligible for a PayPal refund?

I recently purchased a membership to an online tutoring service for over 100$.

The tutoring service consists of about 50 tutorial videos (they said about 5hrs total).

Before purchasing, there wasn't really a description of the videos, they only mentioned the titles of each category.

However, the videos were extremely deceiving, most of them were completely useless and reaaaaally slow, some of the videos are only 2 minutes long and really provide no information. Out of the 5 hours of footage, maybe 60min was "useful" information.

Is there any hope to get a refund? I feel like I've been indirectly scammed. It was extremely expensive and really useless. Please let me know! Thinking about this makes me feel depressed!!

If you need any other information to help answer my case, please let me know. I'll be happy to answer.

This is like watching a bad movie, you think it is lousy but can you get your money back?

Or a lousy meal in a restaurant or a cruise to nowhere?

Or a mail order bride who weighs 800 lbs?

But if you purchased a college textbook at a bookstore, and it didn't actually cover any of the material that was advertised, you could return it.

Why not just open a dispute?   You can't know the answer in advance.

Virtual items online are the same as physical books purchased in a store.

You could check PayPal policies for more information; clikc on the Legal Agreements at the bottom of the page.
