Buyer trying for force refund after eBay case closed

Looking for some advice. . Sold an item on eBay and seller claimed it wasn't as described (I disagree). She opened an eBay case and wanted a partial refund. I wasn't willing to do this so I accepted a full refund and sent her a shipping label. She closed the case and sent a message saying she didn't want to return the item but still expected a partial refund. Now since she closed the eBay case she has opened a PayPal case and now is trying to get either a partial or full refund from them. Clearly the item is satisfactory to her since she wants to keep it and at this time I'm disinclined to want to take it back from her after she has been using it for 3 weeks. Will PayPal force me to accept the return anyways?

It depends on the details of the case and whether or not you followed ALL things necessary for seller protection.  You can fight the case and maybe win or maybe lose (probably loose as the customer is not happy and becoming more unhappy); your fight to be right is more likely to be a loss.

As a business, I suggest you happily accept the partial refund and get on with your business.
