I had someone charge me 5 times in 5 minutes at $10 a pop and paypal debted my checking account. They resolved it and issued a refund but I jave not received the money in my bank account yet and its been 3 days, any idea when I will see the return?
The refunds should come back to your PayPal Account Balance. It may take a few days for the process to cycle thru. Normally anytime you a payment is made from your PayPal Account Balance or Bank Account, the refund is credited back to your PayPal Account Balance. If a credit card is used, then the refund is credited back to that card.
