Wondering if any of you have had a bad experience with a website that has recently gone "missing" that sells kitchen and home small appliances, such as vacuums, coffee pots, microwaves, etc.? (idirect.....net) One of two items I purchased was defective. Upon reporting it to the website I went ignored until I pursed further action. While the item was shipped to me from a US location, I am being instructed to return the item to Viet Nam (from NY, USA)! It would cost me $446.80 in shipping to return this $110.00 item and have been advised I will NOT be refunded for the shipping but only for the returned item. Does this even make any sense? I feel frustrated and defeated. I believe there are others that may be in the midst of a similar problem with this merchant and would love their input. The website is still "gone" and there is no contact information for this individual except a Vietnam mailing address! There's strength in numbers. Looking forward to hearing from you!
