Another limited account.

I love when I find a site that's poorly set up and managed. I used my account like 2 weeks ago and it was fine. Upgraded the browser and got an error that the account was unrecognized and limited.

 

In order to contact them I have to log in. I can't log in until I verify. Can't verify without being able to write a note explaining why their site is awful. And the loop continues. Managed to file a complaint. The reply came that there's a message in my box. Hey guess what, can't view that either because of step 2 - can't log in. I don't even care about the verification anymore. Just make it work before I request Ebay to use newer, better payment methods.

Tried. It wants me to log in which is part of the endless loop. If there's a way to write a note as a guest I haven't found it.

On the contact page, use the guest contact if you can't log in!

 

Try also clearing your browser cache and cookies and restart device.

Seriously? No offense but this isn't my first time online. Chose to post here because PP wasn't smart enough to include viable options.

 

I think after this is all settled they should reimburse me for the 2 deals I missed and maybe a bonus on top for my trouble.

Seriously, if you want help from PayPal customer service you will need to make a phone call, or more, to PayPal customer service and talk to a specialist.  It will take serious persistence.

I don't really care to sit on the phone. Maybe a few chargebacks for my last transactions will get their attention? PP is fully at fault here so...

The burden isn't on me. PP makes it difficult to contact them AND they're the one that broke the account in the first place. I know you folks can't really do anything which is why I didn't want to bother posting here but it was the only thing I can access.

 

You hear all these horror stores of crappy abuse from Paypal and how they ignore our problems. Then one day you find yourself adding to that list.
