Account locked due to login with different IP

Hello Paypal!

 

This is Saroj Sai (Blanc Casa). Today, I logged into my PayPal with different IP and my account got locked due to different IP as I am travelling. This used to happen before and I would solve it by entering the code which I got from bank to verify PayPal.

 

Now, it asks me for identification verification. I don't have access to my old number and when I try to add a new number. It says it doesn't appear to be registered on my name. Is there any other way to resolve this?

the name from your phone provider and you paypal acccount does not match that why you can't add the number.

 

calling paypal support is the only way to unlock your account again then make sure to setup the travel plan on your account everytime you plan to travel outside.

You can inform PayPal of your travel plans in your profile settings, under the Security section, for future reference.
