Hello Paypal! This is Saroj Sai (Blanc Casa). Today, I logged into my PayPal with different IP and my account got locked due to different IP as I am travelling. This used to happen before and I would solve it by entering the code which I got from bank to verify PayPal. Now, it asks me for identification verification. I don't have access to my old number and when I try to add a new number. It says it doesn't appear to be registered on my name. Is there any other way to resolve this? Thank you!
