I have about 16,139 rewards points and trying to redeem them. When i go to where the website tells me the same thing doesnt come up on my computor and i cant get to where you redeem the points. I tried calling them and they just send you to an automated system that wont answer you and you cant even ask them to help.
I've had this problem too. For me it is My Point https://www.mypoints.com/ that I have the issue with. I have had no issues with rewards from My Points other than PayPal. Went through all the basic trouble shooting I.E. same email address & same name etc...
Type in Redeem MyPoints in their search bar or any online search and you will find the page. For some reason there isn't a link from the MyPoints page. Not one that I've found anyway.
