I am trying to redeem reward points from MyPoints and have had no success. I believe I have met the requirementa for same names and email addresses but am not sure what 'Verified' refers to in 'Your PayPal account must be VERIFIED with the same email address as your MyPoints Account and have the same first and last name.' Anyone had similar issues with transfer from MyPoints?
I'm noticing that is a common problem. I thought it was because I didn't have a payment method linked to my account so I added a cc but still no luck. No response from MyPoints either.
