Trying to redeem the 50$ egift card from PayPal is not working. It shows an error when I try to confirm. There should not be an error. The names and emails are matching.
I am having the same problem. Has anyone resolved it yet? I am getting little to no help theu the MyPoints customer service. I keep getting generic emails back, not addressing the actual issue.
