Customer Srivice computer says my phone number invalid although it correct on my account info

I have tried several times to contact PayPal Credit customer service with a question but the computer says my phone number is invalid, although it is correct on my account info. And I do not see the 16 digit account number I can enter as an alternative. What can I do?

I just want to ask a general question: if I pay off my current balance does my available credit balance go back to the original $250 and how long does that take before I can use it for another purchase? Will that subsequent purchase also be subject to the six months no payment-no interest plan?

You can find your account number on your full monthly statement--the one you download in PDF format.

What happens after you pay off a balance depends on various undisclosed risk factors and there is no way to know exactly.

From what I've read, it may take several days to reflect any changes from payments.

Unless there are some issues wiith your current credit score, finances, or disputes your credit should remain the same.

I've seen posts where the credit limit did drop to zero; I assume that person had some credit issues.

The more you use the credit wisely, the more credit you will like be granted; the goal would be to establish veryhigh credit score and history so your available credit increases.

I had this problem when I tried to contact them prior to setting up my pay-pal credit account. SO I have no statement to refer to. How do I get them to recognic=ze my VALID and CONFIRMED phone number?
