PayPal Smart Connect Mail Address - Credit Dispute

I have a credit dispute question with PayPal Smart Connect, and would like to mail them a letter regarding this.

Can somebody please tell me the mailing address for where I would send this? 

Unfortunately, it is not as easy to find as I would have imagined.

Hello - That is definitely still the accurate address? I sent there and got returned mail saying it could not be forwarded. I will attempt again though.
