Just for the record, I finally read the fine print. You cannot link your PayPal Smart Connect with PayPal Credit. So, in order to pay your bill, you will have to call PayPal Credit and have them to send you a paper statement, or, call each month and do it over the phone, no charge for doing that. My thought is this: If it's not broken, why fix it? They did away with the Bill Me Later website where I could pay my bill immediately. Now, it is very inconvenient. When I get my bill paid, I will NOT be using this service again. No ease of convenience using the PC to do this anymore.
