Hey all you savvy users, I,ve been setting this up for the last three weeks ( computer aversion to the nth degree but adapting) because someone made a refund to Paypal (which I did not have till I was forced to generate an account to reclaim this refund) Please tell me what i need to do to take said refund which is sitting in my PP account and deposit it into my credit card which I successfully have linked to my PP acct. Thank you
A trie refiund will only be back to the account where it started; that means you would have had to make the payment through PayPal. If someone is simply sending you money and calling it a refund is a questionable operation. Why is the "refund" to PayPal when you didn't have a PayPal account? it seems suspicious.
It seems that the payment was made through their PP this may have been oversight on my part. I should have clicked on when there was no option to make a partial payment..so i payed the full sum. Then, i asked them for a refund of 2/3 so i could stagger my payment. This refunf went into PP. For the last month i ve been trying to get them, now doing it myself so i can transfer what is in my now operating PP acct back onto my credit card which i ve finally succeeded in linking up. I never even wanted a PP account. I was fine making online purchases just with my credit card. But somehow this payment got stuck in PP..try reaching them..it s all online. Aaagh.
