Cannot access PayPal Credit or Bill Me Later

I cannot access the Credit section of PayPal at all and this means I can no longer access my Bill Me Later balance and make payments.  Everytime I try to click on the PayPal Credit link after I log into PayPal I get the following error: "We are not able to process your request. Please try again later." This has been going on for at least a week and I see other users with the same issue.  Please address this.  It is a system issue.  I've tried with Internet Explorer 9 and 10, Firefox, and Chrome on both Windows 7 and Linux.  I also tried three different internet connections.  I get the same error message everywhere.

Anyone having an issue,call and make a payment. I do not like these changes AT ALL ,why fix what was not broken!

I go to make a payment on my Paypal credit and I am directed to a blank page( actually a survey tab on the right and a tiny PP logo on the bottom that does nothing). What is going on with this new set-up? It's totally not working for me. I'm on a Mac and using Safari.

I am also unable to link between paypal credit and paypal.com. Even though i tryed to link Two account.  appered unable to link both account Message.

AMEN!  WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP, WAS FORCED TO SIGN UP FOR PAYPAL, NO PROBLEM, AFTERWARDS THERE IS NO TRACE OF MY BILL ME LATER ACCT OR ANY WAY TO MAKE PAYMENT, VIEW STATEMENT ETC...  NOTHING IN THE FAQ'S EITHER.  THIS IS SERIOUSLY MESSED UP, I BETTER NOT GET HIT WITH ANY PENALTIES BECAUSE PAYPAL ELIMINATED ANY WAY FOR ME TO PAY (I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO GO PAPERLESS UNLIKE MY WIFE WHO GETS A MONTHLY STATEMENT IN THE MAIL) .  THIS COULD BE CAUSE FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT.

Did you ever get answers on this? I have had this issue ever since they changed over and just send them an amount every month from my banking account. I have no idea how much I owe or anything. It is very aggravating. Please help if you have answers.

Another useful product dead by the innovation of someone.  They have the date of November 9th on November 7th and already charging late fees....      Been waiting on the phone for a while and NADA.......

I am having the same issue. Never got statements, and then a bill in the mail with late fees. This really sucks, and not good for paypal when this gets out.

I tried to check my balance since a payment is due in a couple of days....I can't seem to find my BML account. You people are a joke, and you should be sued for pure stupidity. Leave well enough alone, or bite the bullet. I don't have time to waste sitting on a phone searching for my account because PP decided it was a "great" idea to change something that did not need to be changed. Once my balance is paid off, you guys can shove your service.
