Cannot access PayPal Credit or Bill Me Later

I cannot access the Credit section of PayPal at all and this means I can no longer access my Bill Me Later balance and make payments.  Everytime I try to click on the PayPal Credit link after I log into PayPal I get the following error: "We are not able to process your request. Please try again later." This has been going on for at least a week and I see other users with the same issue.  Please address this.  It is a system issue.  I've tried with Internet Explorer 9 and 10, Firefox, and Chrome on both Windows 7 and Linux.  I also tried three different internet connections.  I get the same error message everywhere.

I have news for you Nicole.  The majority of the web community does not use social media like Facebook & Twitter and it is a very naive assumption on the part of PayPal Credit to think that customers would care to resolve a problem that they created by using social media.

 

In me you have lost a long time customer of both Bill Me Later and PayPal.

Is there anyone at this company who actually cares about customer service?  Social media?  Is that some kind of joke?  Get out of Silicon Valley or whereever you are and get back to basic American customer service with a POSTED PHONE NUMBER TO HELP EVERYONE ON HERE WHO IS HAVING AN ISSUE.   Facebook?  Huh?   That is how you handle stuff?  I just started a business.  We will never use Paypal due to garbage like this.

I have to agree with "dissatisfied user" not everyone is going to social sites to be taught to log in to pp credit the only reason I signed up for this was because I couldn't call and be put on hold for another 30/45 minutes or more especially at work .

Your customer support isn't very good.  I've been on the hamster wheel for DAYS and still can't access my account.   Very time consuming, frustrating and embarassing!   Luckily, I had an understanding Ebay seller and had to pay my bill via snail mail with a certified money order.

Try this -- it worked for me. Apparently PayPal thinks I have a business account. I do not have a business, but they have classified my account as such. Anyway >>>

 

After you log in, at the very top (right, I think) of the screen, click "Switch to the new PayPal".

 

Next, click on the "Money" tab and then "PayPal Credit". If you get lucky, your statements may be visible in the PayPal Credit tab.

 

If I could post images I would because I took screen snapshots along the way. At least now I have a picture of my account balances in case they take away or modify access methods again next month.

i have been able to see my paypal credit statement online and pay,but i paid the first thing i ordered $360 dollars and it says i have nocrwedit ledt on my account,i have a $750 credit limit and it says zero availible,im lost on this

Hey so I cant acess my PayPal credit when it is completly paid off and it says  have a $500 dollar credit line but 0$ is availabe...? please help me asap!

I'm curious, did you find a solution for this? bc i am LITERALLY going thru the exact same thing. I have a $500 credit limit, have a relatively low balance due, and $0 available balance in my credit line. It started at around $60 early last week, then a $10.91 purchase dropped it down to $38 available credit...and then with only payments TO paypal credit from me, and NO purchases, my available credit went to nothing.  I spent hours on the phone with customer service, and all I got (3 days ago) was told that the system was "updating" and to keep a close eye on it. So I've been staring at a $0 like a crazy person waiting for some random "update" in my account. I've used my paypal credit account with little problem until this, and I've always had really positive experiences dealing with customer service, until this. I'm completely baffled and could totally benefit from someone saying this happened to them and some simple little thing resolved it... and that thing is..........??????
