usps tarcking

i just realised that usps and stopped updateing the tracking....i had sent few irems from singapore to usa...singapore potsal website indicated that it had reached its USA...but usps website did not indicate anything at all...2 buyers had already received their item and left me a positive feedback....what will happen if a dishonest buyer claims that he had not receive theitem, are we sellers going to bear the fraud??

You would likely loose the case.

You should check your own post office to find out which service tracks all the way to delivery.  There would be a higher cost.

those mails are registered mail, it does have a tracking number.....

PayPal needs a tracking number visible online to the recipient's address.  If it shows, it's OK, but if the number doesn't show then there is a problem.

Exactly, thats theproblem i am facing now...USPS used to have the registered item updated till the buyers received it by idicating "DELIVERED"...now, USPS dont do it anymore...how is paypal going to protect sellers ??
